WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN?: MISUA SOUP

Another soup recipe we really love.  An easy to prepare and cook rice noodles soup.  Misua, can be spelled as mee sua or misua, is a Chinese noodle made from wheat flour.  It originated from Fujian, China. This is one of the thinnest kind of rice noodles. So thin it can be cooked in less than 2 minutes in boiling water.  There are many ways on how to cook this kind as soup.  The most simple and quickest for Sean is this one, cooking it with meatballs and Enoki mushrooms, topped with toasted garlic and chopped spring onions.  Too hot for his palate.  Careful now Baby! lol!
