WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN?: CHICKEN TENDERLOIN



Live blogging on what's cooking down under.

Sean just prepared a quick lunch, quick is just the time allotted for his break.  Fried chicken tenderloins.  He marinated these Chicken slices (fat less and skinless) in lemongrass, minced garlic, a little of fish salt and a dash of pepper. Easy to prepare and cook meal for a busy man!  Eat well!
