Sean just had lunch at this Indian store in International Food Court called  NORTH INDIAN FLAVOUR.  He asked for one of the City speacials, which is any 1 meat + 1 vege curry with rice + 1 plain Naan bread and added extra for the cheese garlic.  He got buttered chicken and mushroom & peas over rice.  If you are into Indian  food, try out what's on their menu!

ON SEAN'S FOOD TRIP: PAD THAI

Breaking from the regular menu at home!  

Pad thai @ Khings is the fastest and nearest source of food when in doubt on what to eat. LOL!  Pad Thai is probably the most posted here on this blog.  Sean just love it!

ON FOOD TRIP: DOMINO'S PIZZA

Supreme (Pepperoni, rasher bacon, capsicum, ground beef, Italian sausage, mushroom, pineapple, mozzarella & oregano)

In celebration of my birthday Sean ordered from Domino's A supreme pizza, oven baked chicken and coke.  And of course that didn't last long hehehe!

This was lunch for Sean.  Fish and tofu with anchovy.  He tried out this Indonesian food and he liked it.  Where he got this, i forgot to ask.  Missing some Indonesian food myself as well.

WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN?: PAN GRILLED FISH SLICES

These are what's cookin'!

Sean loves fish and cooking it simply like this.   He always get fish fresh from the market every weekend.  He likes it pan grilled or making soup with it.  I love fish as well but not much on raw, like in sashimi, and we both agree on that.  Although, we like those fish cubed or sliced, prepared with vinegar, onions, garlic, chilis, calamansi, ginger, spring onion, salt and pepper.

WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN?: BEEF WITH LEEKS & GINGER

Some tender beef slices, ginger and leeks!  A simple beef recipe that i like Sean cooking.  Cooked tender and not much sauce.  He knows how i love beef.  He can easily come out with simple and easy-to-cook recipes just like this one.
