WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN?: BIG BREAKFAST DELIGHT

This is what is good waking up on a Sunday morning! Breakfast with Sean. We got on the plate Swedish meatballs, baked beans, sunny side up on toasts, and orange juice! I just love Sundays!!

SEAN'S FOOD TRIP: @ KHING THAI

Tender Marinated Beef

Pad Thai

On Sean's Food Trip... off to Khing Thai!

Sean dined there with his Thai friend. He tried out Khing Thai's Tender Marinated Beef, a freshly grilled beef served with sauce of your choice (but he just liked the traditional sour one) and mixed green salad, and his friend who is a vegetarian got the Pad Thai, which is a stir fry rice noodle with egg, beansprouts, crushed peanut and diced tofu. I love how they plated them. Yummy!

If you are trippin' for Thai food, a must try when at Sydney:
Khing Thai located at 1/240-268 Anzac Parade, Kensington NSW
, Australia.

WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN?: PORK AND VEGETABLE CURRY

Sean is not much of a "curry" fan...but glad he is out to try some recipes with it. On the skillet were slices of bamboo shoots, carrots, snow peas, young corn, capsicum, pork, and added with some coconut milk, and a little of fish sauce. The curry sauce Sean used for this recipe is the LEE KUM KEE Vegetable Curry Sauce... and yes he liked it so much!

The sauce itself is complete already. You don't have to add more flavor to it. It's just Sean likes it a little salty because the curry sauce is a bit sweet. Pork slices on the recipe is optional. This is an easy to cook recipe you can try out.
