SEAN'S FOOD TRIP: LET'S DO THE SALSA

Sean got like 4 pieces of ripe mangoes.  When he told  me that, i told him we can do salsa for his doritos!  Good thing Lebanese cucumber, tomato and some leftover capsicum were still available. Viola! Yummy snack in an instant! Sean opened his cold bottle of coke for this. Lol!

WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN? : SEAFOOD FRIED RICE

Cooking with Sean!

On the pan now cooking...seafood fried rice!  Loaded with big prawns and sliced calamari added with some Chinese Brocolli.  Such a teaser!!!

SEAN'S FOOD TRIP: HOMEGROWN SPROUTS WRAPPED

Yes these are sprouts homegrown by Sean right in the kitchen.  He soaked the monggo beans for overnight and then placed on a strainer then rinsed them with water every morning.  He wanted some leaves on it so he waited for 4 days.

I love what he did.  They are cleaner than ones from the market.  Fresh, greener and cleaner sprouts.  Now ready for some veggie rolls.
For dippings, vinegar, minced garlic, chopped onions, and cayenne pepper for spice.

Wrapped with sprouts and vermicelli....yummy!  Later that night he made this Vietnamese sauce (made of Vietnamese shrimp sauce, sugar and lemon juice) for his vermicelli. Sauce would be nice for fried tofu and thinkly sliced pork meat.  Something he learned from a Vietnamese friend.

WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN? : STUFFED CALAMARI

Calamari fresh from USA.  Stuffed with minced meat. Yummy! Garnished with some parsley.  Isn't he a pro?! My Baby Chef!

SEAN'S FOOD TRIP: A LITTLE OF EVERYTHING

A little of everything at Sean's Aunt's place one Sunday.  Steamed rice, corn and  cucumber salad, meatballs, fish and pork on the side. What's for dessert? Carrot cake with walnuts and anice chat with relatives to top it all!
