We missed Nando's Paella so we had a little trip to the resto.  A hot excuse to have a soda!  :)

Originally, it was meant to have shredded or cubed young coconut meat in pandan flavor.  But since coconut is not readily available in Sydney, but using same ingredients minus the coconut, here now for dessert is Creamy Jelly salad! Easy to prepare delish! Best serve chilled!

Steamed white Pomfret.  Sean loved this recipe!  A must try easy to prepare and cook recipe over the weekend for everyone who loves fish.  The ingredients: White Pomfret, sliced ginger, spring onions, oyster sauce, fragrant sesame oil, salt and pepper to taste.
