ON FOOD TRIP: NORTH PARK SNACKS

Our favorite juice from here is the Honey Lemon.

Beef Wanton soup

Their Siopao

Fried bean skin and mushroom

Almond jelly and mixed fruits

Snacks/dinner before watching movie with friends.  We wanted something hot so we decided to have noodles at North Park.  I am missing fried bean skin from Singapore.  North Park got this fried bean skin and mushroom so i tried it.  Would have tasted better if it is kind of sizzling.  We were full and ready for the movie.

ON FOOD TRIP: T.G.I. FRIDAY'S

Dinner with the best people i know and we headed out at TGIF, ATC (Thank God It's Fridays) on a Wednesday!  One of my all time favorite restaurants.  Always, loving the ambiance.  Reminded me when it used to be an after work hang out spot in Makati, and of my old friends.  Well anyways, tonight, we had the ultimate dinner!  Keeping records for the blog baby!

Friday's Ball Park Nacho
Mounded tortilla chips covered with cheese sauce, picadillo meat, pica de gallo and salsa.
My friend, had it for the first time, was exhilarated with the whole thing and said the best she had ever tasted in nachos.  I shared these tenders in platter with one of my friends ( i forgot how this called, darn!) and paired it with rice on the side.

Another friend had this Jack Daniel's Ribs.  She said she had the best ribs and muttered "It's damn so yummy."  She was holding her knife and fork when she said that.  That moment made my night,  I can't help laughing as i picture her having said that.
Jack Daniel's Ribs.  A rack of baby back ribs cooked until it is fall-off-the-bone-tender.  Seasoned with Cajun spices, fire grilled, glazed with famous Jack Daniel's sauce & served with crispy seasoned fries.

Sorry the photo above was blurry.  Probably caused by one of their legendary cocktails below....

Classic Mojito.  Shake things up Cuban style! Rum, fresh mint, cane sugar and soda.

Darn drinks! I forgot how this (non-alcohol) one called but i tried a sip and it was awesome!

I love going out with friends. We always make moments! A night full of laughter and our tummies full!

We rate this rated this 5 out of 5!
In here It's always FRIDAY!
Always a good time!

FRUIT OF THE DAY: RIPE PAPAYA

Look at what Sean got from the market.  It's a ripe papaya!  He wanted to have it just sliced while i wanted it blended.  Sean got a thing with blenders and the like that vibrates that i would not understand. LOL!  Anyways, blended or sliced, this is awesome!

SEAN'S FOOD TRIP: STRAWBERRIES AND MANDARIN ORANGE

It is Winter time down under and these strawberries are in season baby!  They soooooo juicy and sweet!  One Mandarin orange left after Sean pigged out the rest of 'em.  Gotta enjoy 'em while in season Baby!

SEAN COOKS: BAKED CRABMEAT PATTIES

Sean made some Crab meat patties out of the fresh crab meat he got from the market, eggs, bread crumbs, spring onions, tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste.  Trying to avoid frying, he chose to just baked it instead.  Yummy!

SEAN'S FOOD TRIP: FOR THE LOVE OF BREAD

Sean knows which ones i like!  To droll for... i love the Spicy pork floss and the Sushi pork rolls.  Check these ones and over 80 different Asian and Western breads and cakes at Barby's bakery located at Level 1 -Store R1.35B, Market City, Haymarket, Sydney.  Opens daily from 10am - 7pm and 'til 8pm on Thursdays.

SEAN COOKS: BAKED MEATLOAF

Sean said he needed a break from fish and chicken,  and so he made this baked meatloaf.  Another successful cooking experiment in the kitchen.  He used available ingredients he found in there.  I loved this totally!

SEAN COOKS: OVEN GRILLED FISH

Still on a low fat diet...we stick for grill and steam cooking for now.  Here is one of Sean's favorite dish ever....Grilled fish (in foil). One of his fave because he just toss it in the oven and viola!

Pig out people!

SEAN'S FOOD TRIP: GRILLED CHICKEN AND FETTUCCINE

This is pasta love.  Look how yummy this Grilled Chicken, fettuccine and side dish vegetables are! Dining at E-Star Cafe and Resturant.  Their pasta is perfect!  Also a must try: T-bone in pepper sauce.  We gave "TWO THUMBS UP" for this resto.

If you are anywhere in Sydney, you should try out E-Star Cafe and Resturant, 222 Anzac Parade, Kensington, NSW, Australia.

ON FOOD TRIP: RSM LUTONG BAHAY

Salmon Head Soup
Pinakbet (mixed veggies of string beans, pumpkin, eggplant, okra, bitter gourd and shrimp paste)
Chicken egg with no shells.  I am just not sure how they call this recipe.
Pork Sisig

We have visited one of our offices and it was time to have lunch with the colleagues.  One of the nearest resturants in the area is RSM Lutong Bahay. I have tried eating in one of their branches and it was my first to dine in this branch in Dasmariñas. They cater like homecooked kind of food as their name implies.  And truly they will never fail you.  Their varieties on the menu, (well obviously on the photos above, they're all there at the counter, like what you see is what you get), would make you have second thoughts on which one to order.  I was comfortable eating there. I admired the ambiance and the interior of the place. They have got wooden theme from the posts to the tables and chairs.  The place is clean and spacious.  I want to try their branch in Tagaytay one day. For functions, packages and info, you may want to visit the link on how to contact them at RSM Lutong Bahay.
