WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN? : CREAMY BEEF STROGANOFF

Sean cooks creamy beef stroganoff today.  He just keeps surprising me with his cooking.  He garnished it with lots of continental parsley.  My mom said she likes the presentation and the color! Now I drool!
