Blue Marlin Steak

Buttered Prawns
(which i wasn't able to taste...
no shelled seafood for me, too messy for me to handle. hehe!)

Beef Morcon

Lechon
(I Didn't dare. HBP threatened Haha!)

Bangus Relleno

Chicken Galantina

Fried Vermicelli

Baked Macaroni

To add with the photos above are potato salad, buco pandan, and the Beef soup made out of some internal parts and beef meat cubes in a bit bitter soup.  Friends from different brands that our company carries came over to join us in the celebration.  It was really fun and i had lots to eat! :)

WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN? : THE PEACE OFFERING

A peace offering from Sean.  How sweet this guy is?  He knows how to buy me out from trying to almost do the silent treatment on him.   And yea, he succeeded!  I just hate sweet surrender.

First glass, layered jelly, cream mixture and honey graham crumble topped with Lindt choco heart.  A heartfelt glass! LOVE it!

The other glass, layered Honey graham crumble and creamy mixture topped with peach slice and a choco from the Lindt luxury collection.  Who wouldn't melt a heart on these sweeties.

I love  them chilled!   The frown on my face disappeared slowly when he showed me these! i hate it when Sean does this!  Next time i need to be more tough on this and  never surrender!

WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN? : SWEET AND SOUR CRAB CLAWS

Craving for these scrumptious claws! I love crabs cooked and prepared in a lot of ways.  Even plain steamed crab whether dip in vinegar with a little chili or serve with lemon wedges are just as yummy!  Now, these claws need some crackling! Bon Appetit!

SEAN'S FOOD TRIP: BAJA STEAK

It was Baja Steak for lunch.  Grilled beef, tomatoes, onions, capsicum, lettuce, nachos, yoghurt and some chips!  Last time Sean had this was in a wholemeal wrap.  This time he asked for it in a bowl.  Another Mexican food adventure at Salsa!

WEATHER UPDATE: WINDY DOWN UNDER!

It's a beautiful Sunday from down under!  Clear blue sky...and very windy.  But weather here you just can not trust.  It can get so unpredictable.  Anyways, for now let's enjoy the cool blowing wind while waiting for the bus.

SEAN'S FOOD TRIP: LINDT SWISS LUXURY COLLECTION

Sean's take home sweets for me! Aawww!

This was from a colleague of his.  It was his last day from the practice and gave this Lindt Swiss Luxury Collection.  A collection of milk, dark and white chocolates.  Drool...yes...for now that's all you can do. LOL!

WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN? : ESCABECHE...KINDA!

Spanish Mackerel fried and topped with sauteed ginger, garlic, onions, tomatoes, green bell pepper, beaten egg, pepper, a little sugar, soy sauce and fish sauce.  Squeezed lemon on the recipe when almost cooked.  Served with lemon wedges and steamed rice. Quick and easy to prepare meal.  I love fish! Well, next to beef that is!

WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN? : PORK RIB ADOBO

An ultimate fave! Still next to beef... Lol!   Pork ribs are perfect for adobo.  This was cooked dry.  Yummy!  Bayleaf and peppercorns made wonder out of this recipe.  You can also make adobo with chicken cutlets. But Sean is not into chicken much. So he makes adobo out of pork cutlets.

WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN? : BURGER PATTIES

It Sunday!  Cooking time for Sean.  Burger Patties on the menu.  I miss homemade patties like these. Look at those fresh sliced green tomatoes and red onion.  They are looking so crunchy! No doubt Sean had lots over dinner.  Need i say more?  One word...YUM!

SEAN'S FOOD TRIP: GARDEN CUPCAKESs

A box of flowers and a bee....a garden of sweetness is what i wish to be growing in our backyard. But these goodies came from an Orthodontist, a friend of  the practice where Sean goes to work.  The same sweet soul who gave the box of cupcakes on Easter.    Just a little sweet for Sean so he just had a piece.  See below photos for a closer look of the colorful  cupcake toppings.
