Sean found another easy fish recipe using chutney... Though this time using Peanut & Tamarind chutney.  Sean loves salmon fish.  He fried it and topped with chutney. At first he thought it would be that sour with tamarind but it was not. A must try easy recipe!

Our menu for the day!

Sean is cooking Chicken patties with Mango chutney!  The recipe includes  minced chicken, chickpeas, spring onions, some mango chutney, curry powder, salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients and form into patties. Pan grilled and serve topped with more mango chutney! The aroma of the chutney during mixture and frying was inviting! Best serve with diced tomatoes and cucumber. Try it!
