SEAN'S FOOD TRIP : CHICKEN STICKS

Chicken sticks at the market after Church service. 2 sticks for AU$6. What a rip off as I would say said Sean. Lol! I told him we can make this at home. But then, Sean needs something to eat and he likes it from 7 Wonder. These are yummy!

ON TRAVEL: TAKE ME TO CHURCH

Happening now:

An empty street on a Sunday morning. We are off to attend the service. Then we go market after.

At Eddy Ave. Central Station. Then a walk to church hereinafter...

At Saint Peter Julian's Catholic Church.

Give gratitude for everything. Sing praises to the Lord above with extra heart for God is good all the time.

Like what my Mom always say..."It is all about the presentation." Haha! Now, Sean is into perfect plating presentation. This now looks sumptuous! Fish, mashed potato and some slices of grape tomatoes for Sean today! Bon appetit!

WHAT'S COOKIN SEAN?: FRIED SALMON WITH PEANUT & TAMARIND CHUTNEY

Now would you look at that!

Sean found another easy fish recipe using chutney... Though this time using Peanut & Tamarind chutney. Sean loves salmon fish. He fried it and topped with chutney. At first he thought it would be that sour with tamarind but it was not. A must try easy recipe!

WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN? : CHICKEN PATTIES WITH MANGO CHUTNEY

Our menu for the day!

Sean is cooking Chicken patties with Mango chutney! The recipe includes minced chicken, chickpeas, spring onions, some mango chutney, curry powder, salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients and form into patties. Pan grilled and serve topped with more mango chutney! The aroma of the chutney during mixture and frying was inviting! Best serve with diced tomatoes and cucumber. Try it!

WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN?: BRUSSEL SPROUTS

On what's cooking... Sean got some brussel sprouts. He checked out easy and quick thing to cook them with on the Internet. The recipe required pancetta which is not readily available in the kitchen right now. So, he substituted it with bacon instead. He got olive oil, sun dried tomatoes, shallots and kosher salt to cook them with. Viola! See how yummy it looks like! Crunchy Brussel sprouts! Enjoy you lunch!

SEAN'S FOOD TRIP: WINTER GOAT

This was Sean's lunch yesterday! Now, he doesn't know what to do with his life anymore after tasting this. Lol! And guess what? He wants to get this again for next weekend. He liked it so much. He said it tasted like braised beef. It was so tender and not stinky. It was cooked with bean skin. He loves bean skin and I do too! Served as rice toppings. He had chosen this over Nando's paella. He made a good choice!
