WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN?: ROASTED CORN-FED CHICKEN






Menu for today, Sunday,  Roasted Corn-fed Chicken!  Sean preheated the oven while preparing the chicken.  He gets the corn-fed chicken kind whenever he goes to the market.  Some chopped onions, carrots, lemongrass, cloves of garlic at the base of the pan.  Dash of salt and pepper on the chicken. He also added some chili flakes, mince onion and garlic, and dried oregano.  And off it goes to the oven.  Easy to prepare meals if you are kind of lazy to do some stirring and mixing over the stove. LOL!
