ON FOOD TRIP: PESTO MUSHROOM PIZZA

I got no idea where my cousin got this pizza but totally one of the best ever i have tasted.  This is made up of mushroom and pesto and so thin crust.  I  may need to call him to ask where he got this and also the fresh spring roll we had during the Christening.  Love those fresh ones with sweet garlic sauce all over.

KURT'S CREAMY SAUSAGE & TUNA PASTA

Today was declared holiday in commemoration of our national hero's, JOSE P. RIZAL, 150th natal day.  A family day again for us.  Kids are at home and requested for some pasta.  It has been raining for days now.  So lazy to go out that i used only ingredients which are available.  Luckily, i was able to cook this for them.  One of my nephew's favorite.  My niece is more on the red sauce for her pasta but she had it anyways.

My sister made some chicken sandwiches also to go with it. My uncle stopped by and had his share as well.  Holidays were so much fun spent with loved ones!

WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN? : BAKED MAC

Sean got some leftover sauce from last night's spaghetti and sorting out ingredients available in the pantry this recipe was made possible.  Tadaaa!  Baked macaroni topped with slices of mushrooms, capsicum and cheese.  

A vietnamese lil boy just can't wait to have a taste of these and he loved it! #toycar

ON FOOD TRIP: SIZZLING SOFT TOFU & MUSHROOM

On photo the second photo, fried tofu in Thai sweet-chili sauce, lobster balls with creamy sauce dip, fish fillets and butterfly prawns to share. We had these somewhere in Geylang before the shopping and Night Safari adventure that day.
