SEAN'S FOOD TRIP: PIZZA, PAELLA AND CHICKEN

 

The night before Christmas drinking session! Just being silly here!  

This is few hours before Christmas Eve.  Sean had Take away Nando's chicken and paella with colleague.   Domino's Pepperoni Pizza and Smirnoff Ice are to celebrate Christmas Eve with!

LET'S CELEBRATE

It is Sean's birthday!  Happy birthday Baby!

A little celebration for this special  day.  The week's work were tiring and leaving Sean no time to go market.  So.....we are having the usual.  He cooked some fried rice noodles with everything on it. (veggies and chicken).  Traditionally, it is never a birthday without some noodles on the table, which the oldies say represent "for long life". 

Also, a whole roasted chicken (chopped) from our favorite peri-peri resto, Nando's, is ready on the table for our disposal!  Got his Smirnoff Black chilled for later.

And for dessert some fresh fruits, ripe mango and apples.  Ripe mango shape is kind of rounded unlike the usual ones we regularly had, which was kind of oval.  But just the same, oval or not, they are the sweetest!

After the last time Robert Pattinson was in Sydney last October, Finally the movie is showing!  Sunday movie time early this morning. The perfect companion for this are freshly popped popcorn and Iced tea (no ice! lol!)

We missed Nando's Paella so we had a little trip to the resto.  A hot excuse to have a soda!  :)

Paella for the one who likes it a little hotter

Today is the Seventh Sunday of Easter, The Whit Sunday or the Sunday of Pentecost.  It's freezing cold here down under.  Rain is heavily pouring!  And Sean just hate this kind of weather! I say better than in Pearl of the Orient where weather now is heating up when it is supposed to be raining.  Global warming??? Today is the day to do  marketing after the service.  Sean is glad for tomorrow is a holiday which means no work and all chatting and cooking for us.  Weeeee! Anyways, walking around with this weather is such a killer!  Thanks to Sean's comfort food, Paella @ Nando's, located at Pitt St., international Food Court under Myer.  Their Peri-peri chickens are to die for!  Just too bad this resto doesn't have much branches in some countries.
