SEAN'S FOOD TRIP: SEAFOOD KARE-KARE

Seafood Kare-kare!

Instead of the typical beef parts (brisket, ox tail, tripe), this one is made from variety of seafood like crabs, squid, mussels, prawns and fish fillet, then cooked in peanut sauce. Topped with pre-boiled vegetables (string beans, banana heart, eggplant) and served with sauteed shrimp paste. A must try recipe!

SEAN'S FOOD TRIP: SEAFOOD PLATTER

Here is a big platter of mixed seafood (fish, prawns, calamari, stuffed squid) onion rings, potatoes, tofu and spring rolls, in variety of dippings.  Pig out!

ON FOOD TRIP: LUNCH IN A CHI RESTO!

Preserved Jellyfish and Century egg wedges
Lunch out with colleagues! A pre-birthday celebration of our Operations Manager. We went to a Chinese resto and all these we had in there. We really had a great time. Always a full stomach of good food, talks and laughter!

Stirfied Prawn and Brocolli on the menu
Chinese Coldcuts
Our Chinese coldcuts in a platter (clockwise: Soy Chicken, Lechon Macau, Char siew, Roast beef, in the center: century egg wedges and pickled jelly fish)

Fried Noodles
Stuffed Squid with Chives
Yang Chow fried rice
Fish fillet in garlic sauce

Indeed a great lunch!
