Sean is not feeling well right now.  I hope this one will help him freshen up....blended Pineapple, Apple and carrots.  Now i am telling him to have some ginger tea.  And no buts!

WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN?: BIG BREAKFAST DELIGHT

This is what is good waking up on a Sunday morning! Breakfast with Sean. We got on the plate Swedish meatballs, baked beans, sunny side up on toasts, and orange juice! I just love Sundays!!

SEAN'S FOOD TRIP: IKEA BIG BREAKFAST

His plate was loaded yes! I am happy he finished 'em all!

Sausage, scrambled egg, hashbrowns, Sweddish meatballs, jam, bacon and tomato were on Sean's plate this mornin'....but i was not jealous coz what i had while he was away? I had bowl of chicken with rice "a la king" with corn kernels, mushroom soup and ceasar salad!

TEA-SER!

I ♥ this flavored black tea, TAZO, @Starbucks, and mango has always been Kurt's fruity flavor favorite ever. I usually get cranberry juice (cloudy apple which i used to abroad) and maybe i should try other flavors of Tazo as well. BTW, green tea frap available already. I wonder how that one tastes like. Wanna find out? ;)

I had a great time this afternoon with new friends Amy, Faye, Ruby and Jeffrey, and Aunt Tess. I am glad to see my aunt again for I have not seen her for decades coz they migrated in the US. I had the above for snacks and the cake was not that sweet so i like! Oh and not to forget about the Mango smoothies at Kenny Roger's i had earlier. Cooling a bit for a really hot season!
