ON FOOD TRIP: FILIPINO DISHES

My aunt from California arrived and the last time she was here was in 2008.  She missed Filipino food so my cousin treated all of us for a (very) late dinner (we waited for everyone that is).   We were the only people inside the restaurant as we reached there nearly closing time. We all had a good time!

Fried Bangus topped with toasted garlic
Filipino version of Escargot (cooked in cocomilk)
Grilled Squid
Grilled pork belly
Pinapaitan
Grilled Tilapia
Anchovy Sauce flavored rice
Mixed Seafood Kare-kare
(Mixed Seafood in peanut sauce)
