WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN?: FRIED NOODLES

Fried (Canton) noodles, anyone?  I just love fried noodles.  Sean cooks this quick stir fry noodles out of what was available at home.  And beans, yes, the only vegetable he can use right now.  That only means we need to go to the market tomorrow!
