WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN?: BRUSSEL SPROUTS

On what's cooking... Sean got some brussel sprouts. He checked out easy and quick thing to cook them with on the Internet. The recipe required pancetta which is not readily available in the kitchen right now.  So, he substituted it with bacon instead.  He got olive oil, sun dried tomatoes, shallots and kosher salt to cook them with. Viola!  See how yummy it looks like! Crunchy Brussel sprouts! Enjoy you lunch!

SEAN'S FOOD TRIP: BAKED TUNA

What Sean is having right now for lunch? Baked tuna from few doors down from the practice. Rice topped with tuna, cream cheese and mozzarella cheese! How yummy can it get?! Drooling now, are you? Well, I am!

SEAN COOKS: TARO IN COCOMILK

Sean made this taro with coco milk.  He sweetened it but not too sweet.  This is good for tomorrow's dessert!  

SEAN'S FOOD TRIP: WINTER GOAT

This was Sean's lunch yesterday! Now, he  doesn't  know what to do with his life anymore after tasting this. Lol!   And guess what? He wants to get this again for next weekend. He liked it so much. He said it tasted like braised beef. It was so tender and not stinky. It was cooked with bean skin. He loves bean skin and I do too! Served as rice toppings. He had chosen this over Nando's paella.  He made a good choice!

Here at Mad Mex for some Mexican food craving!  Love those beer bottles set up as chandeliers on the ceiling.  It was such a great idea.  The place is so neat and cozy.  Sean ordered the Mucho Todo (beef) which obviously means much of everything in it! Although this isn't on the online menu, hit the link to see how you can create your meals as to your filling desire, which kind of salsa you want with it and other stuff like how you want them (it can be with rice, tortillas, nachos,etc). What more? Along side of your choice is Nutritional info of what you are getting like energy, protien, fats, carbs, sugar and sodium.  How cool is that!

He got this new flavour of Baileys at The Doncaster Hotel Bottleshop, Doncaster Avenue.  The staff there recommended him to try this.  He loves it right away!

SEANS FOOD TRIP: AL ASEEL

Last night was the year-end Dinner party with Sean's colleagues at the practice.  This time they decided to try out the Middle Eastern Cuisine at AL ASEEL, Greenacre.  It was his first time in this restaurant and he said food were delicious.  He is not familiar much with Middle eastern cuisine but he liked them VERY much.  There were too much on the table (obviously, from the photos above, lol!) that night and he was not able to try them all.  He was so amazed with the exquisite taste of each.  And if to ask him if he would want to go back to try it again... He said he will because the food is excellent and satisfying. The ambiance is great and prices are affordable.  Food is worth what you paid for and more.  A total whole new experience for Sean!

Sean met with his former colleagues from the practice and they had this Spanish Catalan breakfast. Just look at this plate full of eggs, Spanish chorizos and tomatoes with sourdough bread toast! This just made my morning too!
