ON FOOD TRIP: CHILDREN'S PARTY
Crashed up a children's party over weekend! Not much of kids though when me and colleagues got there, just young at hearts. Anyways, who said adults can not do pinata? Our binges over weekend where of course at the party tables! Below were shots of the kid's food we had earlier that night and more glasses of Hardys Cabernet Sauvignon and light beers later in the evening.
Besides the good food, served as well were good laughs and total fun with colleagues! So cheers to the freaking weekend!

SEAN'S FOOD TRIP: @ KHING THAI
Tender Marinated Beef
On Sean's Food Trip... off to Khing Thai!
Sean dined there with his Thai friend. He tried out Khing Thai's Tender Marinated Beef, a freshly grilled beef served with sauce of your choice (but he just liked the traditional sour one) and mixed green salad, and his friend who is a vegetarian got the Pad Thai, which is a stir fry rice noodle with egg, beansprouts, crushed peanut and diced tofu. I love how they plated them. Yummy!
If you are trippin' for Thai food, a must try when at Sydney:
Khing Thai located at 1/240-268 Anzac Parade, Kensington NSW, Australia.

WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN?: PORK AND VEGETABLE CURRY
The sauce itself is complete already. You don't have to add more flavor to it. It's just Sean likes it a little salty because the curry sauce is a bit sweet. Pork slices on the recipe is optional. This is an easy to cook recipe you can try out.

WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN?: WELCOMING THE NEW YEAR 2012
Sydney celebrated welcoming the New Year ahead of most countries in the world. The Harbour, as usual, was crowded and people started to come as early as they can to get a good spot to see the fireworks display which is a much awaited event welcoming the new year in the city. This also a sought-after, sort of, yearly tradition ending the year as "the ball drop event" in Times Square, New York and the like. Some suburbs also have their own fireworks display. So, some people who can not make it to the Harbour just go to nearby suburbs for that.
New year's eve can not be without something to celebrate with. On the table, we got the Pasta with Traditional Italian Pesto Sauce, meatballs and slices of ham, Smirnoff Ice was a good company while waiting for midnight to come. I hope this New year brings you prosperity, good health, happiness and wealth!!! (as what Sean said) Cheers to 2012!!!
